Overview 
Like many others in 2020 digital language translator organisation Pocketalk had to pivot its business to survive the pandemic. Pocketalk made the shift from travel to B2B ‘must have’ and we crafted a PR campaign to raise awareness of this shift with its new audiences. 
Solution 
We worked closely with Pocketalk to identify the sectors in which its devices had the most impact. This included healthcare, education, and manufacturing. We crafted sector specific features and bylines to raise awareness of language barriers within their industries. 
 
To support this we commissioned research that highlighted the issue within the healthcare sector. 
Results 
From January - July 2022 the campaign saw 31 pieces of coverage in targeted B2B press primarily made up of byline articles. 
 
The healthcare survey received national press coverage and created content for features within healthcare trade media.

Pocketalk influencer engagement 

Overview 
We wanted to raise awareness of Pocketalk across professionals who would benefit from the device in their daily jobs and also consumers who would use it for travel. 
Solution 
We targeted micro healthcare and education influencers who had solid professional followers on a gifted basis and paid for activity with leading travel and lifestyle influencers. 
Results 
From March- July 2022 the content created by Pocketalk ambassadors have seen over 72,631 views. It has not only grown Pocketalk’s social media channels but also brought more international followers.
